Will my cupcakes fit in your wrappers?

Our cupcake wrappers have been carefully designed to fit the average sized cupcake. They are 5.2cm in diameter across the bottom. Most cupcake liners are 5cm.

How long will my cupcake wrappers last?

Our cupcake wrappers are highly durable, waterproof and greaseproof. You can wash them under warm water and if they are carefully looked after and stored flat after use, you should be able to use them again and again.

Where can I find the toppings and sugar decorations that you use in your pictures?

You can buy cupcake decorations at most well stocked supermarkets, or if you are inspired by our pictures and want to make your own cupcake decorations, take a look online and search for sugarcraft cutters. You should be able to easily find the right shapes and sizes to make the flowers in our pictures.

How quickly can you dispatch my order?

We will aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched and you can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Is your site safe to use?

We use Sagepay as our payment gateway and only accept payments through Sagepay. At no time do we see your credit card details and all transactions are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. We can assure you that your credit card details cannot be used or modified in any way.

Will you post to my country?

We welcome international orders and these are sent by Airmail SmallPacket service. The cost of this will depend upon the weight of your order.

Do you accept telephone orders?

At this time we do not accept telephone orders. Orders can only be placed online through our website.

My order has not arrived. Where is it?

As soon as we dispatch your order your will receive a confirmation email. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours please contact us and let us know. Orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery will usually arrive between 1-2 days. Royal Mail Standard Parcel aim to deliver within 3-5 days. Please check with your neighbours in case it has been left with them and allow 7 days before contacting us.
