Returns and Refunds



We try our best to ship orders as soon as possible, so if you need to cancel your order you must call first and then send an email to cancel your order.

If you need to return your order a few things you should note.

You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery of your order to file a return.

We do not refund the actual shipping charges that we paid to ship your order. Actual shipping charges vary depending on where you are located.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please make sure your cupcake wrappers are packed well. You may wish to insure your package. We will not refund you for damaged items. We will provide photo documentation so you may file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Custom orders cannot be returned. Please be sure to check the information before you submit it.

If your order is returned to us due an invalid address, we will contact you.  If you wish to have your order reshipped, you will be required to pay the shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped.  If you do not wish to pay the re-shipping charge, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping charges.


There is a Restocking Fee of 15% on ALL orders that are returned not due to error on our part or damage.

Refunds may take 2-4 days to process and return to your account.
