Any orders that you place with cupcakewrappers.com via this website are subject to your agreement with our terms and conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Placing an order

When you place an order through cupcakewrappers.com you will receive an email from us to confirm that you have placed your order. Orders are not considered concluded until we receive payment in full for the products and postage.  Orders placed through our site represent an offer to purchase a product and this offer is accepted when we send you an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason which may include , but is not limited by, delivery to destinations we consider high risk; where goods are not available; where payment has been withheld or errors in pricing or item description. All orders are subject to availability and should we be unable to complete your order then we will refund you in full.

Postage and packaging

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri only excluding Bank Holidays) from ordering and cleared payment. If your package is urgent we offer a Special Delivery option. Special delivery orders placed before 1.00pm will be sent the same day and are guaranteed delivery before 1.00pm the next day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Please ensure that there is someone available to accept deliveries. Otherwise UK orders of up to 3 items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post and will usually arrive between 1-2 days. All orders over 3 items are sent by Recorded delivery and should take 1-2 days. Larger orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel which states to allow 3-5 days for delivery. Royal Mail does not guarantee these delivery times so please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive please check with your neighbours in case it has been left with them. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products that may arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Descriptions and pricing

We are careful to ensure that all our images are fair representations of the products we offer and every effort has been made to portray items accurately. Though it is very unlikely, there may be minor variations between the image and the item you receive that may occur in the production process. If you are unhappy with your product we will be happy for you to return it subject to our returns policy below. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, though it may be necessary to change these from time to time. Price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Privacy & security

Your information will never be shared with any third party other than those required to fulfill your order.  We use SAGEPAY as our payment gateway. SAGEPAY is one of the UK's most trusted brands. All your information is securely encrypted and at no point do we have any contact with your card details.

Returns and refunds

If you would like to return your product then please contact within 7 days of the date that it is delivered. The returned product remains your property until we receive it, we strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery for returns. Customers are liable for the full cost of returning the item(s). We will then rectify the situation as quickly as possible either with an exchange or a full refund.

Though our cupcake wrappers are highly durable and washable, we make no warranty or guarantee in regard to their expected lifetime and should you damage your product due to negligence or mis-use we do no accept any liability and we will not replace your item.

Liability disclaimer

cupcakewrappers.com liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the customer. cupcakewrappers.com shall not be liable for damage or loss which may arise as a result of a failure by you to protect your account or password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password and activities that occur in your account.

We reserve the right to change these terms in the future and any changes made will take effect immediately. The information on this site is intended for viewers in the United Kingdom and any contracts formed as a result of it's use shall be governed in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
