Returns and Refunds

We try our best to ship orders as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, you must call us right away.

If you need to return your order a few things you should note:

The cupcake liner packaging (boxes for the 50pc and bags for the 500pc) must be unopened. Cupcake liners with open packaging will not be accepted as a return and refunds will not be given.

You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery of your order to file a return.

We do not refund the orginal shipping charges.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please check your order to ensure your delivery address is correct. If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you.  If you wish to have your order reshipped, you will be required to pay the shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped.  If you do not wish to pay the re-shipping charge, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping charges. is not responsible for orders that are delivered and not returned if the address on the order form is incorrect.

Refunds may take 2-4 days to process and return to your account.

Damaged Products

As with anything that is mail ordered, there is always the risk of receiving packages that are damaged in transit.  You have 10 days after delivery to let us know if your package arrived damaged.  You will be required to take photo proof of the damaged items.  This is done in order for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once we receive the photos, we will reship your order.

Lost Packages

It's rare but packages do get lost while in transit.  Please frequently check your tracking information. If the tracking information says your package was delivered but you do not have it, you are required to contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.  At that time, we will file a claim. Once a decision regarding the claim as been reached, we will contact you.  If you need your package before a desicion has been reached, it is recommend that you place another order. After 10 days of the delivery date, there is little chance of  being able to find the package. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delivery errors.
